Peninsula Four is a residential project in Business Bay. It is a part of Peninsula by Select Group and will feature The Plaza, The Towers and The Lofts. The complex will have studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. The units can be booked with a down payment of 5%, with handovers expected in 2026.
